On-Point Service Provider Program

Become part of our network of trusted service providers.
At On-Point, we connect you directly with real customer requests in your area. Once your application is reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you when a job request comes in for your service type and location. If you choose to take the job, we’ll send you the full details and you’ll only pay a small On-Point fee.
Our goal is simple: help you grow your business by building trust, increasing visibility, and delivering results without the hassle of costly marketing or bidding wars.How It Works:

Q: How do I join On-Point as a service provider?
A: Submit your application through our vendor sign-up form. Once reviewed and approved, you’ll be added to our service database and eligible to receive job requests.Q: How do I get matched with service requests?
A: When a customer submits a request in your service category and location, we’ll reach out to you with the job details. You choose whether to accept or pass.Q: What does it cost to receive leads?
A: You only pay a flat fee amount when you accept a request.

A: The On-Point fee is determined by the budget listed for the service requested that the service provider agrees to accept.Q: Is there an On-Point fee if I'm just providing an estimate?
A: Accepting a service request for an estimate is free. Within a few days after the estimate is provided, we follow up with the client to confirm their decision. If they choose you, we’ll then follow up with you regarding the assigned fee. If they do not, we simply record the reason for our records.If we notice a pattern in client decisions, we’ll reach out to you to review.Q: What does the listed budget covers?
A: The budget represents the available amount to cover all aspects of the requested service. Please keep in mind budgets may be adjusted when necessary, depending on the situation. Open communication is key, as it allows both parties to set clear project expectations and build stronger client trust.Q: Can I decline a request?
A: Yes, there’s no penalty for declining. We’ll continue sending relevant job requests your way.Q: How do I pay for accepted jobs?
A: Once you accept a request, we’ll provide secure payment instructions and job details. Payment must be completed before full job info is released.Q: What types of services can I offer through On-Point?
A: On-Point supports a wide range of services — from home repair and cleaning to personal care.
On-Point does not offer listings for child care, pet care, or medical/health care-related services.Q: Can a service provider be removed from the on-Point database?
A:Yes. Service provider may be removed from the On-Point network for several reasons. While we strive to support all our providers, we must ensure a consistent and trustworthy experience for our clients. Common reasons for removal include:Repeated negative customer feedbackFailing to respond to job requests in a timely mannerProviding inaccurate or misleading information during onboardingBreach of trust, unprofessional conduct, or failure to deliver promised servicesViolating On-Point's terms of service or community standardsWe aim to maintain fairness and transparency, and any concerns will be reviewed carefully before a decision is made.Q: How do I update my availability or service areas?
A: You can update your profile or contact our service provider support team anytime to adjust your preferences.Q: How do customer reviews work?
